This is one of the largest semi-automatic handguns you'll have an opportunity to shoot. Its massive weight and the power absorbed by the action tames what would normally be extremely heavy recoil making this firearm surprisingly easy to shoot.
SPECIAL NOTE: The 50 caliber Desert Eagle has a lot of recoil. That recoil and a very firm foundation (shooter's grip) is required to allow the action operate. If the person shooting this firearm does not, or is unable to tightly grip this large framed handgun....IT WILL JAM. No question. A loose grip WILL cause a failure to feed jam. It is NOT that the gun is dirty, a fault of the ammunition, or the phase of the moon - if you shoot this firearm you MUST be able to TIGHTLY grip it. |
